Prepare the letters. Do not spray them.

[email protected] is the public inbox on the site. Use it to receive. A Yahoo blast of 100 identical notes lands in spam and burns the only mailbox holders already have.

The note that gets read is short, specific, and about 15–20 funds a day — from a domain address once SPF and DKIM exist. This desk still caps a batch at 100, because that is the limit you set.

Addresses never go into the database. Refresh the tab and the list is gone. The public page only receives a count and a label you write, after the mail has actually left an outbox.

Use the email workbook, not the names-and-phones file. It is read in this browser and never uploaded. A refresh drops it. Phone numbers are ignored.
